mqm rejects commissionary system

The MQM announced that it will oppose the commissionerate system via challenging it in court.
MQM leader Farooq Sattar said the implementation of the commissionerate system is a reflection of a dictatorial mindset.
The MQM will move the Sindh High Court for the restoration of Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2001. The 18 Towns of Karachi will be abolished and the city will revert to the old five administrative districts system. Under the 17th Amendment it was protected by constitution. But the current government through the 18th Amendment gave the power of its restoration to the provinces. Under the commissionerate system Sindh will also be divided into five divisions including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpur Khas and Larkana. Every division will be divided into its old district-format – as at the time of commissionerate system in place. A commissioner will be appointed in each division. Karachi will constitute of five districts, Hyderabad will constitute of four districts, Mirpur Khas will also constitute of four districts, Larkana will constitute of five districts while Sukkur will constitute between three to four districts.

In my opinion sindh local govt system was good because we all know that the development in Karachi created a good example by the MQM but government doesn’t want to see that how this is happened? Because they have failed to develop any region, city, villages but MQM did it. I think the every town nazim do their best for the city. This is the conspiracy of PPP to divide Urdu and sindhi speakers in sindh.
